- Please put it back in its original box along with sufficient packing materials to see that it arrives safely and ship it back UPS. Address Below.
- Please place a note inside as to what the concern is and how you would like us to handle it (Please Print). Return Options:
- We will either at your request replace the item with one of equal value (including a refund for your postage) or send you and email with a code for a free replacement.
- Or we will send you a check for your full price plus shipping over and return (including any applicable AZ tax if it’s to an AZ address).
